Autum is a very busy season for IG Immobilien: many projetcs start such as the appartements "Campus Lodge 21" located next to the new university of economics and business. Another big issues is the low budget hotel project in Ausstellungsstraße 40 as well as Marina City next to the underground station Donaumarina. These projects will accompany us through autumn and even further.

2011 is a year of new challaneges for us. In the second half of the year IG Immobilien will start building inovative projects such as a home for students 'Campus Lodge 21' as well as a hotel in Vienna's second district. The former we want to explain in further detail to you in the new magazine.
