In early 1995, IG Immobilien finalised its second project in Brussels, which is also located in close vicinity to the EU Parliament. A contemporary office building with a restaurant was built here in Avenue de Cortenbergh 30, designed for the Austrian representation to the EU in Brussels from the beginning. Once again, this project highlighted our dedication to the public sector as a competent and reliable partner. Just like our other buildingsin Brussels, this edifice is maintained by „Cortange" Property Managers, who are located at our building at Rue Stévin.
