Avenue de Cortenbergh is located right in the heart of the "Europe quarter", also called the Léopold Schuman quarter, in Brussels.
The Permanent Mission of Austria to the EU has been housed in this building since 1995, representing the largest Austrian Embassy worldwide.
This building is home to official representations, such as the European Space Agency or Europaregion Tirol, but also to private companies like a subsidiary of the renowned Austrian law firm Schönherr.
Apart from the three office buildings, IG Group is developing 40 apartments in typical narrow old-charme houses. Some apartments are available in June 2011.
The quarter named "Sloterdijk" is located on the axis to downtown Amsterdam and the airport Schiphol, making it an ideal area for office buildings of large dimensions.
As part of the international strategy, IG Group made an important step in 2007 by starting its first project in Hungary. This tall building boasts 16,700 m² office space and is ideally located on the emergent Váci út street.
