IG-Management

Since July of 2002, Mr. Hermann Klein and Mrs. Karin Assem-Honsik have jointly been heading IG Immobilien Invest GmbH, IG Immobilien Management GmbH, as well as their subsidiaries.

 

 

  

 

 

Mr. Dir. Ing. Hermann Klein 
has been managing the company since 1998. His areas of responsibility at IG are the technical department, facility management, the project groups, IT, lettings and sales, marketing and human resources.

Mrs. Mag. Karin Assem-Honsik
has been co-managing the company since 2002. She is responsible for the commercial department, administration, property management, lettings and sales, and quality management. 

 

IG Organisation

Our real estate services are organised in four operative business areas.

1. Project Development

3. Property Management
Ulrike Blach, Head of Property Management

4. Sales & Leases
Mr. Michael Finding, Head of Sales & Leases

The other departments make a similarly important contribution to business success: Finance & Controlling, Human Resources & Administration, as well as PR & Marketing. All departments are additionally supported by the groups Quality Management and Internal Auditing.
