Development & Project Management


Development & Project Management provides all classic duties from the initial evaluation, followed by the planning, projecting, tendering, construction supervision, and implementation. Flexibility, professionalism, loyality to budget and deadlines make this department so successful.

 

 

Facility Management


This department is commmitted to delivering all technical and infrastructural services for the buildings, and to bring individual solutions to customers. The objects' lettable value is increased by effectively managing and organising the premises.

We specialise in providing the best service for high-quality properties. Our dedication in technical areas reduces the pressure on customers and tenants. Facility Management also monitors building costs in order to improve the object's use.

 

 

Property Management


Property Management represents an improtant interface to IG customers. Tenants have a direct contact person, as this department sends out invoices and is thus most exposed to the market. With 550,000 m² of floor space under management, this department takes care of mroe than double the size of IG-owned properties in space owned by third-parties.

 

 

Sales & Leases


The department of Sales & Leases focuses on renting and vending space (apartments, offices and shops) in Vienna. Wehn leasing space in our shopping centres, we also subcontract with external specialists
